Here we go. Radius-ed bone blank used for this allparts TRO Telecaster neck finished in tru-oil.

First step, sand nut to proper thickness, put it in place and mark for proper width.

Next step is to sand to proper width.

Next step is to mark the string spacing. A stew mac ruler was used here(as were the rest of the tools used here)

Then pre-eliminary slot depth was done with the neck/strings installed.

Final depth slots and marked for extra material removal.

Extra material removed, before being polished to a flat look with 1200 sand paper.
